On Saturday  27th February 2010 we had a Purim Service and Megillah reading followed by a fancy dress party.  A good time was had by all, especially the little fairy.

                           

 

 

 

 On Sunday January 3rd 2010 over 40 family, congregation and friends witnessed the Bat Mitzvah of my 12 year old grand-daughter Phia-Neve. 

She read a portion of the Torah confidently and made a charming speech later in the vestry.

On Sunday September 13th 2009, we held a Jewish Cultural and National Heritage open afternoon. There was a talk by Dr Peter Lee, who is our interfaith co-ordinator.

 All present commented on the spiritual and aesthetic feelings they sensed in this beautiful Synagogue.

 

  Disabled access

  The Plymouth Hebrew Congregation are pleased to announce that there is disabled access to the Synagogue and the Vestry but you must (if possible) phone in advance, to let us know you are coming so that we can put the ramps in place.

Regular erev Shabbat (Friday eve) services begin at 6pm. 

On Shabbat the services begin at 10am.  Kiddush is held after the service.
